Constant wear!!
I don’t think I’ve taken these off since I put them on!! These are the best quality blue light glasses I’ve ever owned!!! My headaches are cut by more than 75%, and I’ve gotten to the point where I’m going frantic looking for them while they’re on my head 😅 If I could think of a better word I would but I can’t because I’m OBSESSED

They actually work
As an online college student I am constantly straining my eyes going from my phone to my computer to the TV. The minute I put these glasses on, I could INSTANTLY feel the relief from the brightness, from both the AZ sun and the seeming “bright” lights from all the digital screens.
